Service scope

Every project is controlled by an approved quotation or agreement. Starting prices do not replace the final scope, exclusions, timeline, provider assignment or payment plan.

Payments and delivery

Payments must use the official details shown on a Nexasphere or authorised provider invoice. Work begins only after the agreed payment and information requirements are met. Client delays may change delivery dates.

External platforms and registration decisions

Nexasphere cannot guarantee third-party approvals, network performance, advertising results, supplier stock or services outside its direct control. For company-registration work, business-name availability, acceptance and processing time remain subject to the relevant authority. Nexasphere’s service is not a substitute for legal, tax or accounting advice.
